In addition, Warburg Pincus is a valuable partner in supporting Alita's ability to identify and execute future partnering and acquisition opportunities by allocating future funding as appropriate. Warburg Pincus has substantial resources with a current fund of $8 billion and has the ability to commit additional funding if appropriate.

Alita has access to adequate capital to attract and retain industry leading pharmaceutical talent, to effectively manage the development and ultimate approval of new pharmaceutical products, and to bring those products to market in a timely and efficient way that will recapture investment and generate sustainable growth.
