Heather C. Getz
Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Ms. Getz is responsible for the financial planning, accounting and reporting, treasury and information technology functions. In addition, she plays a key role in advising senior management and the Board of Directors on strategic planning, business acquisitions, licensing agreements, joint ventures and tracking corporate performance milestones.
With more than a decade of experience, Ms. Getz brings extensive strategic financial expertise to the Company. She has been involved in numerous acquisitions and divestments, SEC reviews and consultations, licensing transactions and the implementation of new financial systems.
Prior to joining Alita, Ms. Getz held leadership positions at VIASYS Healthcare Inc., a subsidiary of Cardinal Health, Inc., where she directed the company's global financial planning, budgeting and analysis functions. In addition to providing financial analysis used for interactions with the investment community, she advised the Board of Directors on operational and strategic financial issues.
Ms. Getz began her career at Sunoco, Inc. where she held positions of increasing responsibility. She led the analysis and consolidation of the annual budget, as well as supervised aspects of the SEC filings and accounting research.
A certified public accountant, Ms. Getz holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University where she graduated with honors.
